Consumer Guarantee: All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.

Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders: If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product.

Here’s what you do:

  • Call us on +64 9 445 0061 or email devonportorders1@7daypharmacy.co.nz  within 10 days of purchase, and tell us the nature of your return.

  • We will arrange for a courier to collect the package at a convenient time

  • Please do not post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss if it is damaged or goes missing.
